Farm-to-table cuisine

From our farm to your table

At Belvedere, at least 50% of the ingredients used in our kitchen come directly from our farm.
Our philosophy

A cuisine born from daily farm work

50%
minimum · from our farm
We are not just a B&B: ours is true farm-to-table agritourism cuisine, a natural extension of the farm itself. What arrives on your plate follows the shortest possible supply chain — from the barn and the vegetable garden to the table — because daily farm work is the true ingredient of Belvedere.

Breakfast

A good morning begins on the farm

Breakfast is served with products from our farm and a selection of homemade preparations.
Our butter, milk and yogurt, homemade bread and focaccia, cakes and biscuits. For those who prefer a savoury breakfast, there are eggs, sausages, mocetta and fontina, to start the day with the flavours of Aosta Valley.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. For allergies or intolerances, please let us know when booking: we will do our best to meet your needs.
Dinner

Family recipes and the seasons of Aosta Valley

Reserved for guests, dinner features menus that change with the seasons, in keeping with Aosta Valley cuisine.
Boards of our own cured meats and cheeses, vegetable flans, veloutés, fresh and filled pasta, meat from our cows, chicken and rabbit prepared according to family recipes, spoon desserts and cakes. Everything is designed to showcase the products of our farm.
The dining room seats 25 guests and was created inside the old vaulted stables of the original building. Dinner is served at 8:00 pm.
Tastings

Discover the farm through its flavours

By reservation, we organise tastings dedicated to the products of our farm.
A tasting journey through Fontina PDO d’alpage, fresh and aged cheeses, paired with our own cured meats — mocetta, boudin and sausages — and wines from Aosta Valley.
The ideal experience for an aperitif after a day in the mountains, or to discover the work of our farm up close.
